Our ownership

Solve has a 51% black shareholding, as defined by the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice. Our empowerment partner is the Credenda Empowerment Foundation. The purpose of the Foundation is to empower previously disadvantaged individuals into the financial and consulting services industry. These economic sectors have very scarce resources and the objective of the Foundation is to train individuals in this industry. At least 50% of the beneficiaries will be black women.

Broad-based transformation

In all our key business decisions, we strive to promote all the components of the B-BBEE rate card and be in compliance with them. For example, this is evidenced through our procurement policy, our recruitment effort and our management structure. The Credenda Empowerment Foundation is a vehicle to advance the other components of the B-BBEE rate card.
